After a long

absence due to illness I'm back working on Polly-Anna. This month I have been creating favours for a vintage wedding. The client requested lavender bags patched with photographs of her guests, some vintage, some not so vintage! Hope you like the results, They smell beautiful!

A Bag for Betty.

A recent commission, "A Bag for Betty" was created using photographs of the clients parents during the early years of their marriage, and also of the clients father during the war.
The bag was heat transfer printed onto found fabric and trimmed with vintage lace and buttons.
I hand beaded and embroidered the bag.
